Terms of Sale – VitaQuantum

Receiving an order confirmation via email does not automatically mean that VitaQuantum LLC accepts your subscription/membership to one of our services/programs. VitaQuantum LLC reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with a customer. VitaQuantum LLC reserves the right to verify personal information and make changes to the order, such as adjusting taxes based on the residential address, conversion rates based on the country of purchase, or interest rates depending on the selected payment method.

By placing an order on our website, your name and email address will automatically be added to our free email list, which also includes promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails. Additionally, if you wish, you can request to have your personal information removed from our database by writing to [email protected]. It is important to note that if you become a VitaQuantum LLC client through one of our subscriptions and unsubscribe from our email list, you will no longer receive our communications or access your service. Satisfaction Guarantee – Online Web Programs

All our online training services/programs are covered by a satisfaction guarantee period, clearly indicated on the offer page of each promotion.

Specifically, VitaQuantum LLC offers sometimes a trial satisfaction guarantee of a couple of days (sometimes more, depending on the promotion) after your first payment. If this is offered and at the end of this period, you are not completely satisfied with your investment (whether you chose a one-time payment or multiple payments) and the teachings do not meet your expectations, simply email us at [email protected] with the reason and explanation during your guarantee period, and we will issue a refund.

After the guarantee period, your membership or payments made will be non-refundable, although you can still terminate your payments if you opted for a multiple-payment plan. Of course, if you stop making payments, you will lose access to the training.

By enrolling in any of our online programs, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that all your information (name, payment details) is accurate.

Commitment to Pay for Your Products and Trainings

You agree to pay all installments selected at the time of your purchase/membership, if applicable. If you stop making payments, VitaQuantum LLC will block access to the corresponding program. If you wish to resume access after stopping your payments, simply email [email protected], and a member of our team will contact you to arrange the remaining payments. Once payments are restored, access to your program will be reactivated without issue. If no agreement is reached, you will lose access to your membership.

Your access is for single use only

Your subscription to our programs is for your personal use only. You cannot transfer it to a third party for their use. Sharing your account name, password, or program videos online may result in the cancellation of your program without a refund. Additional fees may be charged for unauthorized use. For security reasons, your username and password must remain confidential and can only be used by you. We recommend changing them regularly. You are solely responsible for any use or misuse of your username and password, as well as all activities performed under them. If you suspect that the security of your username or password has been compromised, it is important to immediately notify VitaQuantum LLC. If you stop your payments

If you stop paying for your membership, in addition to losing access to content, training sessions, and other resources, you will also lose access to live events and the "client" community group on Facebook or the training portal.

Force majeure

VitaQuantum LLC will not be held responsible for the failure, in whole or in part, to fulfill any of its obligations to you, nor for any damages or losses you may incur if such failure, damages, or losses result from a force majeure event or circumstances beyond its control.

Liability

Fees for Equal Payments
